Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms and error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Design and optimize quantum circuits for specific computational challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into hybrid computing frameworks
- Lead experimental validation of quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present findings at international conferences
- Secure research grants and patents for proprietary quantum methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information science principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or Cirq)
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals or top-tier conferences
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance techniques
- Experience with quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and information theory
