- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with corporate vision
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling business case presentations
- Manage patent strategy and intellectual property portfolio for breakthrough innovations
- Mentor R&D scientists and engineers in rapid prototyping methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or technology consulting
- Proven track record launching scalable tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or industrial IoT
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with specialization in emerging tech
- Strong financial modeling skills for ROI analysis of long-term R&D investments
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation management
