- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging market trends and regulatory landscapes to inform R&D priorities
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and investors
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Document and patent breakthrough methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record scaling commercialized tech products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Validated success in securing innovation grants or venture funding
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
