- Lead stakeholder workshops to identify future market gaps and disruption opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen technologies (autonomous systems, neural interfaces)
- Create predictive analytics models for industry evolution scenarios
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record leading tech transformation initiatives at scale
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
