Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year innovation roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing applications
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Design and pilot human-centered solutions addressing future workforce, climate, and healthcare challenges
- Present strategic frameworks to executive leadership and investor boards securing $50M+ innovation budgets
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies shaping policy for emerging tech
- Measure and communicate KPIs tracking adoption rates and ROI of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record developing and executing 5+ year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Experience securing >$100M in R&D funding or venture capital
