- Author quarterly trend briefings for Fortune 500 clients on disruptive forces reshaping their industries
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with executive teams to embed future-proofing into core operations
- Establish proprietary forecasting models using big data, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor a team of junior strategists in emerging technologies and behavioral economics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting, scenario planning, and disruptive technology adoption
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic transformations
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, neurotech) and societal implications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Experience leading global teams across cultural and technological divides
