Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neural interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize 2026-era opportunities
- Analyze global megatrends to inform R&D investment decisions
- Partner with policy teams to shape regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Design human-centered solutions for next-generation human-machine collaboration
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscape and disruptor technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of executing multi-year innovation initiatives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical domains
- Published thought leadership in emerging technology spaces
