Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation agenda through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions (quantum computing, neural interfaces, decentralized systems)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate R&D cycles
- Create compelling narratives for stakeholders through data-driven insights and future-state roadmaps
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies by aligning innovation with market needs and regulatory landscapes
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and adaptive methodologies across the organization

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology forecasting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
