Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end innovation lifecycle from ideation to market deployment for 2026-era technologies
- Identify and evaluate disruptive trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning with long-term technological forecasts
- Manage cross-functional teams of 8-12 specialists in rapid prototyping environments
- Secure and manage $5M+ annual innovation budgets
- Present findings to C-suite and external stakeholders at industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or product development with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven track record launching at least two market-disruptive technologies
- Deep expertise in emerging tech verticals (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CMI)
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic tech foresight methodologies
- Experience securing venture capital or corporate innovation funding
