Qualifications
- 15+ years in emerging tech strategy with 5+ years in C-suite innovation roles
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computational Biology, or equivalent field
- Proven track record commercializing pre-2025 technologies (e.g., blockchain, CRISPR)
- Deep expertise in ISO 26000 ESG frameworks and UN SDG alignment
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Published author in Nature or Science on future technology impacts
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 500+ members in high-growth environments
- Certified in both ISO 27001 cybersecurity and ISO 14001 sustainability management
