- Identify emerging tech trends and translate market opportunities into strategic initiatives
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget and manage vendor/partner ecosystems for future tech
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with 3+ years in future-tech strategy
- Proven track record delivering breakthrough products with measurable market impact
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience securing multi-million dollar R&D budgets and managing P&L
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
