Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or product strategy
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Expertise in quantum computing or advanced AI systems
- Proven success scaling R&D initiatives from concept to market
- Deep understanding of ethical tech governance frameworks
- Experience with grant writing and venture capital partnerships
- Published research in top-tier tech journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
