Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain) and adoption curves
- Strategic planning certification (e.g., CIPM, CIPP/E)
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Published research in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
