- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Present disruption forecasts to industry consortiums and policy influencers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven experience in 2020-2025 innovation cycles
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Track record of launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field with peer-reviewed publications
- Proficiency in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in regulatory landscapes for emerging tech (FDA, FCC, etc.)
