Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ in future-tech domains
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year market lifecycles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech areas (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Advanced degree in STEM field or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants and funding
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio of published future-tech forecasts or patents
