- Partner with Stanford/MIT research labs for cutting-edge technology transfer
- Develop patent strategies for emerging innovations in autonomous systems
- Present vision to C-suite and board members, securing executive buy-in
- Mentor innovation fellows and build next-gen talent pipelines
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with 10+ years in innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products (3+ successes)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology
- Experience managing global R&D teams across 5+ continents
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Strategic advisory roles at Fortune 500 companies or unicorn startups
