Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions that drive our core business initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and senior engineers, to define product requirements.
- Participate in a structured rotational program to gain exposure to various technical domains (e.g., Frontend, Backend, DevOps, AI/ML).
- Write clean, maintainable, and highly efficient code while adhering to industry best practices.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development through our dedicated mentorship tracks.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and propose innovative technical solutions to complex problems.
- Monitor and optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date of Spring/Summer 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Familiarity with web development frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), or version control systems (Git) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
