Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions for our core platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to define feature requirements and deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to industry best practices.
- Participate actively in peer code reviews to ensure code integrity and share knowledge.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Engage in continuous learning programs to master emerging technologies relevant to our 2026 strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and help shape the future of our tech stack.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of Spring/Summer 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Familiarity with web frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Django) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
