Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test high-quality, scalable software solutions for our core platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and senior engineers to define product requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern engineering best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with peers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Contribute to the architectural design of new features and microservices.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development through our structured mentorship program.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with an expected graduation date in Spring/Summer 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Familiarity with web frameworks (React, Angular) or backend technologies (Node.js, Spring Boot) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
