- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget with rigorous ROI optimization
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation leadership with 5+ years in future-tech strategy
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products (quantum/AI/sustainability focus)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurist Studies
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI and quantum computing paradigms
