- Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis for disruptive technologies
- Present futuristic technology forecasts to executive leadership and investors
- Manage pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with $2M+ annual budget
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Develop patent strategies for proprietary emerging tech innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or top-tier tech firms
- Proven track record of successfully implementing emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-suite audiences
