Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for AI, biotech, and quantum computing adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities post-2025
- Analyze geopolitical, economic, and tech trends to inform R&D priorities
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into current pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026+ tech ecosystems
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation maturity
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/AR/metaverse)
- Proven track record of developing 10-year strategic roadmaps
- Published research or patents in future tech domains
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis tools
