- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical shifts, climate tipping points, and technological singularity thresholds
- Architect 'Future Roadmaps' translating foresight into 3-5 year strategic initiatives with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Councils' comprising engineers, ethicists, and anthropologists to validate and refine emerging concepts
- Deliver executive briefings on '2026 Inflection Points' with data-driven impact assessments
- Champion innovation governance frameworks balancing exponential growth with ethical responsibility
- Establish global trend intelligence network via academic partnerships and startup scouting
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 8+ years in strategic foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating published scenario analyses or trend reports with measurable outcomes
- Mastery of horizon-scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, weak signal detection)
- Expertise in exponential technology domains (blockchain, AGI, climate tech)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
