- Develop predictive models for workforce automation and neuro-adjacent technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to prototype future business models
- Author 'Horizon Scan' reports on metaverse economics and decentralized governance
- Partner with neurotech teams to design cognitive augmentation frameworks
- Present trend forecasts at global innovation summits and patent emerging frameworks
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive analytics and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Computational Social Science (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in predictive modeling tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, AnyLogic)
- Published work on AI governance, quantum applications, or climate resilience
- Proficiency in neuro-ergonomics and human-machine interface design
- Experience leading global trend forecasting initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping implementations
