Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Quantum Computing
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or technology innovation leadership
- Published research on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI forecasting platforms
- Track record of developing patented technologies
