Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years experience in strategic innovation, technology forecasting, or venture development
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Track record of developing and implementing successful strategic initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep understanding of global sustainability frameworks and circular economy principles
