- Author annual 'Horizon Report' outlining strategic imperatives for 2026-2030
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation velocity and market readiness
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify acquisition targets in emerging domains
- Present strategic blueprints to executive board and investor stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, Delphi 2.0)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
