Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans with 3-5 year roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing initiatives
- Produce foresight reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Present strategic insights to boards and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Proven track record translating foresight into executable business strategy
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or SFI) preferred
