Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital economies
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026 market landscapes and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into strategic business initiatives
- Design sustainable innovation frameworks aligned with UN SDGs and ESG principles
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for executive decision-making and investor relations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Champion ethical innovation practices and future-proofing strategies across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience developing 5+ year future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or MFML)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
