Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-backed insights
- Establish KPIs to track innovation portfolio performance and ROI
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of successful tech commercialization and market disruption
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
