- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform R&D investments
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation with business objectives and ethical frameworks
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and scenario modeling
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
- Mentor junior researchers in futuristic technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech R&D with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Strong background in strategic planning and market analysis
- Prior experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
