Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's 2026 strategic vision framework through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and immersive interfaces
- Partner with R&D to translate future-state concepts into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish foresight methodologies to anticipate societal and technological shifts affecting our industry
- Present compelling strategic narratives to stakeholders, investors, and board members
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Author annual 'State of the Future' reports for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market-leading products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
