Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to forecast 2026+ market shifts
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technologies (AGI, neurotech, climate engineering)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Author forward-looking white papers and executive briefings for board stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory developments impacting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
