Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and external futurists
- Produce trend briefings on metaverse adoption, climate tech acceleration, and neuro interfaces
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Establish ethical guardrails for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Present future-state roadmaps to investors and innovation councils
- Curate an annual 'Future Horizons' symposium with industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate complex scenarios into executable business strategies
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio of published future-state forecasts or trend reports
