Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term business resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready innovation priorities
- Author thought leadership reports and predictive briefings for executive decision-making
- Identify and assess disruptive opportunities across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex future concepts
- Published thought leadership in reputable futurist or business publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or similar)
