Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines aligned with the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers.
- Optimize deep learning models for low-latency edge computing environments.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision techniques.
- Establish best practices for model training, evaluation, and deployment (MLOps).
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate hybrid systems.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering and software architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and fairness in algorithms.
