Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and scenario planning
