Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures with >1000 logical qubits by 2026
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum error correction protocol implementation and optimization
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control systems integration
- Establish quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish in leading journals
- Drive quantum cloud platform architecture for commercial deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years R&D experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Deep understanding of superconducting qubits, ion traps, or topological qubits
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance protocols
- Experience with quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum computing journals
- Expertise in high-performance computing and parallel programming
