Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends through 2026-2030 lens
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable plans
- Produce trend reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic narratives to C-suite and key stakeholders
- Monitor horizon-scanning ecosystems and maintain trend intelligence databases
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and strategic foresight projects
