Responsibilities

- Design scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients facing disruption

- Produce quarterly Future Intelligence Briefs with data-backed trend analysis
- Identify emerging technologies requiring strategic investment or divestment
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Present foresight findings to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in predictive analytics tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, AnyLogic)
- Published thought leadership on 2020s transformation topics
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Shell Two Scenarios)
- Experience facilitating executive-level strategic workshops
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex futures into business strategy
