As a key member of our Future Intelligence Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global think tanks to anticipate paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, and sustainable technologies. You'll translate complex data into compelling narratives that drive organizational resilience and market leadership.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-ready innovation priorities
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on disruptive trends (e.g., quantum computing, neurotech)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions and validate market readiness
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic insights at executive summits and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic risk assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Copenhagen Institute)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementations
