Responsibilities

- Present findings to Fortune 500 partners and institutional investors
- Manage cross-disciplinary teams of PhD researchers and engineers
- Develop intellectual property portfolios with 50+ patent applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Biotechnology with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, neuroprosthetics, or climate engineering
- Experience securing $10M+ in venture capital or government grants
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
