Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI and digital transformation roadmap.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align AI initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate viable solutions into existing infrastructure.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Establish KPIs to measure the ROI and business impact of transformation initiatives.
- Drive organizational change management to ensure smooth adoption of 2026 AI capabilities.
- Ensure all AI deployments adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy, and security standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, digital transformation, or AI strategy.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling AI/ML initiatives in a large enterprise setting.
- Deep understanding of modern cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong business acumen and experience in strategic planning and forecasting.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment based in San Francisco, CA.
