As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and disruptive startups to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. You'll develop scenario-based frameworks that anticipate technological convergence, market disruptions, and societal transformations. Your insights will directly influence multi-billion dollar investments and organizational transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain predictive models for technological evolution and market trends through 2026
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients navigating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state innovation priorities
- Produce foresight reports and white papers published in industry journals and policy forums
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers for emerging tech validation
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of anticipatory intelligence across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 level
- Proven track record of published trend analysis adopted by industry leaders
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools
- Global network of innovation leaders and research institutions
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF)
