Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify and validate emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, energy, and fintech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into innovation roadmaps and strategic pivots
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive briefings for executive decision-makers
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
- Present strategic recommendations at industry conferences and executive summits
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Data Science, or related field
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Proficiency in AI-driven analytics tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Foresight Platform) and data visualization
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with experience translating complex insights for executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations for major organizations
