Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies and societal trends (2026-2030)
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for quantum AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-ready capabilities
- Author thought leadership on exponential change scenarios
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Facilitate immersive foresight workshops with global stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic innovation or technology forecasting
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of emerging tech
- Exceptional scenario planning and modeling capabilities
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
