Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, socioeconomic shifts, and geopolitical trends to develop 5-10 year strategic foresight
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership content on future trends and their business implications
- Drive integration of foresight methodologies into product development cycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurism leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their disruptive potential
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Portfolio of published foresight work or implemented innovation initiatives
