- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive shifts in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and industry partners
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints for prototyping 2026-viable solutions
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or tech consultancy
- Proven expertise in emerging technology ecosystems (quantum, AI, AR/VR)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global innovation ecosystems
- Ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
