Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Analyze market disruptions and regulatory impacts on emerging industries
- Present strategic foresight to investors and board members
- Curate an internal innovation incubator for 2026-focused projects
- Drive adoption of exponential technologies across organizational functions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in at least two exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong network within global tech and innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
