Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market readiness
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead ideation workshops with R&D, product, and engineering teams to conceptualize breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic technology recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and competitor innovations to inform strategic positioning
- Collaborate with venture partners to evaluate and integrate emerging startups into our ecosystem
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and driving strategic change
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management a plus
